There is a $350 non- refundable deposit on said kitten/cat. You will have 7 days to get the deposit to me. I accept money order, cashiers check or certified bank check. Please make checks payable to Eda Crusan. Kitten must be paid in full before leaving. At this time all litters are registered through TICA. Shipping is available weather permitting. I will not be held responsible for the airlines misplacing the kitten/cat or it getting stolen once I have dropped it off at the appropriate desk. Cat can be insured at buyers expense for this purpose. Each kitten will be seen by a licensed veterinarian. They will have all their shots for their age at the time of shipping. The buyer has 48 hours to have the kitten/cat seen by a veterinarian to confirm kitten/cat is free of genetic defects. If you choose not to take the kitten/cat to the vet within the 48 hours, you have voided the contract in full and I will not be held responsible after that point. If you need more time to get your kitten an appointment because of a busy work schedule, then please let me know and a knew agreement and or arrangement will be made between the buyer and myself. There is a year guarantee on any genetic health problems that may cause death or a defect but must be genetic related. If this does happen, you will be top priority and get first choice of an upcoming kitten of equal or greater value. There will be no money refunds. Download our contract HERE.
